Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. Because each item is made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, contact us at support@haileyscrafts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

We cover return shipping costs for any damaged, defective, or incorrect items — you won't pay anything.

Please note: because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size chosen. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering, and message us if you're unsure — we're happy to help.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
